Installation Backed by 15-25 Year Manufacturer Warranty

DataVox voice and data cabling installations are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 15-25 years from the date of installation. Appropriate testing information must include an acceptable test report for each cable submitted for warranty.

Field Tested for Assured Performance

DataVox also provides 100% field-testing of all links/channels. Test results are reviewed by our operations team and our manufacturing partners in order to formalize the structured cabling system. We utilize the latest testing equipment by Fluke Networks; DataVox will provide the necessary documentation to for the Structured Cabling System.

Repair and Replacement

DataVox will repair or replace any defective components in the Structured Cabling System. Our warranty does not cover any changes, additions or repairs performed by others.
